Who is the controller of your personal data?
Eternit S.A, a company under Judicial Reorganization, enrolled with the National Corporate Taxpayers Register of the Ministry of Finance (CNPJ/MF) under No. 61.092.037/0001-81, with its principal place of business at Rua Doutor Fernandes Coelho, 7th floor, Pinheiros, Postal Code (CEP) 05423-040, São Paulo/State of São Paulo, is the company that controls the personal data processed within the scope of this Privacy Policy. For purposes of applicable legislation, “controller” is the party responsible for decisions referring to personal data processing.

Who do we share your personal data with?
Grupo Eternit may share your personal data with third parties, business partners, companies belonging to the same economic group as Eternit or subsidiaries of Eternit as relevant to enable use of the Website and other Platforms by the Users or the provision of services to the Customer. Said sharing is based on the following criteria and has the following purposes:
