For online queries about book-entry shares held at Itaú:
Checking Account holders: Go to itau.com.br, menu Investimentos > Ações escrituradas pelo Itaú.
Others: Go to itaucorretora.com.br, select the tab Não Correntista > Quero me cadastrar and follow the instructions. Query is possible only after you create the login and password, and confirm your registration.
After registration, queries can be made through the menu Carteira > Escrituração de Ações.
